1. VAT: Prices do not include VAT, which will be charged at the current rate.
2. Carriage: All orders are subject to a minimum carriage charge of £12 per order. Orders over £500 nett, are carriage paid.
3. Delivery: Next day unless otherwise stated.
4. Ownership of Goods: Ownership of goods purchased, transfers to the Purchaser only when full payment is received by Band-Tite.
5. Returns: If goods are faulty or incomplete, Band-Tite should be notified within three days of the goods received. Goods should then be returned as soon as possible and we will send replacement items or arrange a refund. If non-faulty goods are returned we reserve the right to charge a 20% administration fee (based on the invoice total of the returned goods).
6. Products: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products are appropriate for the use to which they may be intended. Customers should check that the goods are suitable for their proposed application, prior to ordering.
